Most items on this site will ship via FedEx Express Ground. Shipping charges are added to each order based on weight and distance. Please note your account address must match up with the shipping and credit card card bill to complete order. If packaging materials appear damaged, you should inspect the contents before signing a delivery receipt. If the contents are damaged, you should refuse the shipment.

Concealed damage must be reported within 10 days of receiving a shipment, so it is important to inspect all shipments as soon as possible. If concealed damage has occurred, the shipper should be notified immediately. All packaging materials should be saved for possible inspection by the shipper.

Crescent Products cannot be responsible for damage that occurs in shipment. We will make every reasonable effort to assist our customers in resolving problems that arise from transit damage.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A PRIOR PHONE CALL TO A CRESCENT REPRESENTATIVE

Please call Crescent Products within 30 days of yoru purchase if an item has a manufacturing defect. At that time, Crescent will authorize a return of the item and issue a replacement.

All returns must be authorized by a Crescent Representative prior to shipment. Product returned without prior authorization will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.

If Crescent Products makes an error in processing your order, we will ship the correct product and issue a pick-up to return the improperly shipped item at our expense.

If the customer errs when ordering, the item may be returned UNOPENED to Crescent at their expense within 30 days. If opened, the return will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.
