Most items on this site are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Initial orders are accepted with VISA or MasterCard. Shipping charges and applicable sales tax will be added to each order. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping: Most items on this site will ship via FedEx Express Ground. Shipping charges are added to each order based on weight and distance. Please note your account address must match up with the shipping and credit card card bill to complete order.
If packaging materials appear damaged, you should inspect the contents before signing a delivery receipt. If the contents are damaged, you should refuse the shipment.

Concealed damage must be reported within 10 days of receiving a shipment, so it is important to inspect all shipments as soon as possible. If concealed damage has occurred, the shipper should be notified immediately. All packaging materials should be saved for possible inspection by the shipper.

Crescent Products cannot be responsible for damage that occurs in shipment. We will make every reasonable effort to assist our customers in resolving problems that arise from transit damage.

Returns: Please call Crescent Products if an item needs to be returned for any reason. You must have a return authorization number in order to receive proper credit.

If Crescent Products makes an error in processing your order, we will ship the correct product and issue a pick-up to return the improperly shipped item at our expense.

If the customer errs when ordering, the item may be returned to Crescent at your expense within 30 days. If the item is unused and in the original package, we will credit your account for the price of the item.

Non-stock items or those ordered according to the customer’s specifications (color, size, dimension, etc.) may be returned within 30 days at the customer’s expense. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. These returns are subject to a restocking fee.
