Shipping and Delivery
Crescent Products ships items to all US states (Alaska and Hawaii included). Most items from Crescent Products will ship via UPS. Shipping charges are added to each order based on weight and distance.
Shipping to Canada
Crescent Products does ship items to Canada. To have products shipped to an address in Canada, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information:
- The items you are interested in
- Your complete delivery address
A custom shipping quote for your order will be sent to you shortly.
Reporting Items Damaged During Shipment
Should your item/s appear damaged upon arrival, please keep the item/s sealed in the original plastic wrap, then call Crescent Products at 1-800-989-8085 or send us an email (email@example.com) within 10 days of receiving your product.
To return your items, please call 1-800-989-8085 or email info@crescentproducts within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your order number or receipt. All returns must be authorized by Crescent Products prior to shipment. Please write "Crescent Products Return" on the outside of package(s). Should Crescent Products make an error in processing your order or should there be a manufacturing defect, we will ship the correct/replacement item and issue a pick-up to return at our expense. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Crescent Products will not incur the cost of shipping. Crescent Products will not exchange products.
